Tony Afendoulis

Tony is a genuine “true friend in Real Estate” with an approachable manner and a warm and friendly smile . He started his real estate journey in 1987 with investment properties and to this day, uses his experience in renovating to help his clients to present or stage their homes to look their best. His strong negotiating skills and can-do attitude helped him achieve over $100 Million in residential sales over the last 5 years, winning many awards and accolades along the way. He knows the value of great marketing and works hard to ensure his vendors get excellent value whilst keeping the process uncomplicated. Having lived in Tawa for over three decades, Tony proudly supports the local community, has played rugby and Cricket for Tawa, has supported many local charities and is an active member of the “Lions” of Tawa. Family is also important to Tony, and he is supported by his wife Vi and their two adult children Dan and Talia.
