Engage
You have a real transaction with a licensed real estate professional — as seller, buyer, landlord, or tenant.
Verify
Upload evidence of the engagement: agency agreement, sale and purchase agreement, tenancy agreement, or equivalent. Evidence is kept private.
Rate & write
Score across five dimensions — honesty, communication, market knowledge, value, result — and write your review in your own words.
Publish
Review is moderated for defamation compliance, signed, and anchored to a public ledger. The reviewed agent has a right of reply. Takedowns are governed by Defamation Act 1992 s21.
